Kale ( and all leafy greens) are wonderful vegetables to nourish and build the blood,. Kale helps to detoxify the liver and strengthen the stomach. Kale also boosts energy, aids digestion and bowels movements and regulate hormones. Kale is more easily digested when cooked so if you have a weak digestive system, it is often better to eat it lightly steamed or roasted. I can’t wait for you to try my delicious kale chips!
